Mixtapes brings you new music mixed with classics every Friday to prepare for the raging weekend ahead. Each show sets out with a mixtape title and an ensuing hour-long set of foolproof listening.

Genres include indie, 60/70/80s rock, folk, hip-hop, dub, trip-hop, classical, international, crooning, selective classic country and whatever is interesting.

Does not typically include top 40, unless it is really good, ambient, pop/country, bubblegum pop, easy listening, or smooth jazz.
